Support with stress or burnout

Stress isn’t always a bad thing—it helps you stay focused and deal with challenges. But if stress lasts too long and you feel like you are always under pressure, it can wear you down, both mentally and physically. Long-term stress and burnout happen when you don’t get enough time to recover. This can leave you feeling exhausted, unfocused, unmotivated, or even anxious and low.
You might also notice physical signs like trouble sleeping, headaches or migraines, digestion problems (such as IBS), muscle pain, or a constant feeling of tiredness. These are your body’s way of telling you it needs rest and balance.
Coaching can help you understand what is happening, make clearer choices, and step by step, regain your energy and strength. Together, we will work on finding a healthy balance between activity and relaxation so that you can feel in control of your life again.

Burnout
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It builds up over time due to long-term stress, often caused by a mix of work pressure and personal challenges. High expectations, tight deadlines, and working overtime without enough recovery can slowly drain your energy. A stressful work environment, lack of appreciation, or little control over your tasks can also contribute to burnout.
Your personality traits may play a role too. Perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, and always putting others first can increase the risk of chronic stress. Ongoing emotional strain—such as caregiving responsibilities or financial worries—can make things even harder. When you don’t have enough time to truly relax and recharge, your body becomes exhausted. This can lead to fatigue, sleep problems, trouble concentrating, and feeling emotionally drained. You may not recognize yourself anymore and feel completely burned out.
Coaching can help you step by step to regain control over your energy and well-being. Together, we will explore how you can set healthier boundaries, recognize stress signals, and create space for recovery. This way, you can rebuild a healthy balance and find more calm and resilience in your life

Coaching Program: Recovering from stress and burnout
If you are struggling with chronic stress or burnout, it’s important not only to recover but also to learn how to manage stress in a healthier way. This coaching program helps you identify the sources of your stress, find a balance between effort and relaxation, and build resilience.
The program usually consists of eight to twelve sessions and is divided into four phases.
- Understanding Your Stress
Together, we explore what is causing your stress — whether it’s work pressure, perfectionism, or emotional burdens. We also look at ways to reduce stress or approach it differently. - Awareness and stress management
You will learn practical techniques to relax more easily and reduce constant tension. This may include for example mindfulness and or breathing exercises. If anxiety or past trauma plays a role, we will address that as well. We also examine your thought patterns and explore how to shift negative thoughts into more supportive and positive beliefs. - Making changes in daily life
What can you do differently in your daily routine to manage stress better? This could involve setting clear boundaries, increasing physical activity, improving your diet, or establishing a healthy sleep routine. We also work on effective time management so that you can create space for both rest and activities that energize you. - Preventing relapse
In the final phase, we develop a long-term strategy to help you maintain balance. How can you keep your energy levels steady? What do you need to manage stress and take better care of yourself? Together, we create a plan that helps you stay in control of your well-being.
