Job coaching – the path to job satisfaction

With job coaching you will discover how you can improve your work situation and work-life balance. The coaching process usually lasts eight to twelve sessions and consists of three focus areas:

  • Intake & coaching plan
    At the intake session, we discuss your expectations and goals. What is going on in your work and private life at the moment? What are you up against? What are your abilities and your vulnerabilities? What do you want to achieve with coaching? Based on this, we draw up a personal coaching plan.
  • Recognising and overcoming blockages
    What requires a lot of energy from you, without being able to reap the benefits? What causes you to get stuck, feel powerless, perhaps unable to be assertive and guard your boundaries? We work with all aspects of this, i.e. what happens to you emotionally, physically, cognitively, behaviorally and in terms of meaning.
  • Changing in practice
    During the process, you will experiment in daily practice with changes that are important to you. The goal is for you to practice skills in guarding and indicating your boundaries, and to make autonomous decisions that do justice to your talents, your needs and wishes.

The essence is that you make conscious choices for a future with job satisfaction while maintaining your mental and physical health.
